Outside Lane approached Klein & Klein to help develop their online proposition, brand and broker affiliate partnerships. We initially undertook some research around branding within the automotive industry which is increasingly saturated.
After spending some months understanding the Outside Lane business and indeed the consumers, a range of brand ideas, logo’s and strap lines were presented. The decision was made to adopt a clean crisp, professional image which significantly differentiates and stands out within the vehicle sourcing industry.
Our next task was to develop the online proposition and functionality. Armed with a stock list and an exhaustive list of requirements, we set about creating a fully functional website with a complex back-end management system that includes CRM and invoicing.
