Total Health Care Clinics offer complementary healthcare including osteopathy, physiotherapy, massage and acupuncture. The business is rapidly expanding with five clinics now open for business. Klein & Klein have welcomed the challenge to drive more business through online channels and assist this dynamic business with the channel switch from offline to online.
We started working with Total Health in Spring 2007 when we provided a starter website package. This included an email address, a domain name, 20 page website and contact form. In addition we implemented website analytics which are to this date sent weekly to clinic founder, Ben Barker.
Ben now utilises his online channel to drive new business and offer existing patients clinic news. As the business owner, Ben can make inform decisions about his business based on the analytics that Klein & Klein setup. We also monitor the analytics on a weekly basis and offer advice and suggestions to ensure the continued growth.
One of the great things about the internet is the ability to track and measure performance. This alone has the ability to significantly increase your businesses efficiency as you can allocate your marketing spend in the most cost effective areas which is what Total Health did. As a typical Yellow Pages advertiser, Ben was making regular payments that weren’t guaranteeing appointment bookings.
Klein & Klein wanted to demonstrate to Ben other options available so we setup a Google Pay-Per-Click campaign which provided some great insight and results. What’s more, Total Health only pay for results.
More recently we have brokered a partnership with Champney’s which enables Total Health patients to buy Champney’s products online, while offering Total Health an additional revenue stream. We have added some advertising to the site – again offering additional revenues streams and our latest challenge was to amalgamate three Health Care websites into the single, Total Health Care website that you see today.
The previous websites were managed by clinics that Total Health acquired. The challenge was to ensure www.totalhealthclinics.com inherited the authority and history of the other websites whilst ensuring continuity, consistency and branding.
